Scooter rental procedure and others

1. Fill our booking request form, wait for our review and approval. In some circumstances further information may be requested.
2. You can ride within 50km of radius.
3. Depending on your license, you may be allowed to carry a passenger.
4. Our 125 cc scooters preferred as they can go easily above 100 km/hr.
5. Your signed scooter rental agreement can only be provided on the day you pick up the scooter.
8. The payment will be auto debit every week in advance.

Type of Insurance

1. Our scooters provide and recommend a full comprehensive insurance but to reduce the weekly cost, you can request for third party insurance option. When you compare weekly cost with others, this is a major factor to consider. Contact us for further information.
2. You will be responsible to pay excess of any insurance claim according to your rental agreement.
3. We can provide a copy of insurance documents on request after signing the rental agreement.

Use of Scooter

Rent scooter for Uber Eats or rent scooter for any food delivery. We support you for set up. Please refer all terms and conditions in the agreement.

Care for scooter during rental period

1. Only Premium 95 fuel is allowed in our scooter.
2. For any corrective break down like flat battery, flat tyre or any damage, contact us immediately. All costs associated with the break down will be in accordance to the contract.
3. Any theft or stolen related issue, you will be liable according to your contract.
4. If you are intend to drive on toll roads, ensure your own eTag or admin fees apply on each toll charge.

Licence

1. Most of the two wheeler international licences are valid to drive scooters in Queensland but Uber Easts required you to transfer your international licence to a Queensland Licence by completing Q-Ride Motorcycle course. Please contact us and we will help you to organise this smoothly.

After rental period

1.After the rental period, before you return the scooter you must ensure that scooter is clean, not damaged, and all the accessories are in good condition. Please refer rental agreement for more details.
2. Deposit will be released after the scooter is returned, in accordance to the rental agreement.
